These guys were so professional and thorough. From the receptionist to the plumbers (Garrett), they were all great! I love the outcome of the job.

This review should have been posted years ago. My bad! Now that I will soon be in need of their services once again, I thought it'll be wise to post a review based on my previous experience with them when they were known as waterheaters.com. I have since recommended them to several of my neighbors and I am currently planning on calling on them once again to install another tankless water heater for my son's apartment. Great service. Friendly. Professional. On time and transparent. What more could you want? Highly recommend.

This company is top tier! From the 1st phone call to gather information to the moment the truck left my driveway I was highly impressed and satisfied with their level of customer service and care. The owner Scott made the process so incredibly easy. I was able to use their text message system to be able to get messages to them quickly. They sent an estimate within minutes of me sending them photos of my unit. The price was fair but their customer service is what sold me. They were able to come the next day even with the need to bring an electrician with them. They were on time and kept me updated about their arrival via text message. I was facing the coming of the New York major snow storm and frigid cold when the heat to my apartment broke down. I called Retro Heating and Air Conditioning Thursday at about 8:30 in the morning. The technicians arrived at 10:30 the same day. The heating coils were rotting away and had to be replaced. Friday morning, at 10:30, the technicians returned with the many parts that were needed, and 3 space heaters to warm my apartment. That was so thoughtful and very much appreciated. They worked for 8 hours and restored heat to my apartment. The technicians were really very pleasant. They were committed to restoring our heat, regardless of how long it was going to take. There’s no question about who I will call for any future heating and air conditioning issues. I highly recommend Retro Heat

Retro Hot Water & Heating replaced some old valves in my home with new ones. They were courteous and professional. They also installed a water heater for me in the past which I was very pleased with. I would happily recommend them.
