Retro Service Company

Retro did some work on our rental HVAC. The work was faulty and dangerous and Retro is now ghosting us. Details below. Retro did work and didn't turn the gas back on. They wouldn't contact us back so we sent a different HVAC company. They discovered the heater was venting into the attic, very dangerous. Also told us the set lines were not insulated, which should have been done at installation so the a/c vent was leaking. We had Brett come 3 different times to see if there was a roof leak but the set lines were sweating and causing the water to come out the vent and he didn't fix that. Thankfully the gas was off and he didn't return our calls forcing us to have the other HVAC company and find and fix the multiple dangerous situations.

Really appreciate Scott! Our AC went out today after decorating for a baby shower we are hosting at our house tomorrow. He was quick, professional and friendly. He was honest and talked us through what repairs were needed and explained how to prevent this problem in the future. Fair price and great guy. We recommend Scott for your AC needs and will be using him in the future!

Scott and his team are awesome! Helped us during February winter storm, plus our thermostat issues. If it’s something he can walk you through he will, and so affordable. I can’t say enough about them. Do yourself a favor and give him a call if you need anything!

Ask them how much the service cost before things are done, if you get an answer of course. Wow!! You gave me a discount if I pay cash in your office. I refused it after when I see your rude language to me, overlooking. And paid all 254.38 for 10 minutes job via zelle. But It is still fine, free economy. But you DID NOT GIVE ME ANOTHER CHOICE. I would say NO if you answered me when I asked. I just complained why you did not let me know the price in advance of the service event hough I asked. You messaged me the invoice later. I NEVER SAID I am not paying, you asked me when I am going to pay. I said the end of the month. I thought I could do it. But when you say today, I did not say anything, but I will pay. I recommend Scott Wallace of Retro A/C. I called him at 5:48pm this afternoon with a non working a/c and he was here within an hour and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
