Worst air conditioning repair job ever!! Jake came out on Monday and clearly did not access the issue properly. Told me the battery on the compressor needed to be replaced, did not have one on him, cam back the next day to replace it and then said the fan needed to be replaced, replaced the fan motor which was not the right size and it was put together properly so it was making a loud noise, then said the panel in the furnace room needed to be replaced, on Thursday the company sent Miguel (poor guy tried to fix Jake's issues) he re assessed the issue and said it needed some Freon and needed to be cleaned. All there assessments were incorrect. My property management sent a new company on Saturday and they assessed and fixed the problem within an hour. They had to replace the small fan moto

I'll echo C.R.'s review by saying the final water heater installation was acceptable (far from perfect), but all else leading up to and ending with Revere Mechanical customer service and installation was appalling. To start, Revere Mechanical was a day late to begin my job and didn't bother to call or advise. I was desperate for a water heater that was down for five days, so I allowed the poor communications and customer service to "slide." Ashley and Amy sounded professional on the phone, but be aware they are both as unprofessional as you'll come across. They'll place you on hold to "get further information" and leave you hanging until forced to hang up. Ultimately, the "further information" never comes. I had a wonderful experience with Josh in repairing my leaking hose bib in my rear yard. Josh was on time and well prepared. He explained what he was going to do and completed the repair efficiently and effectively. I would recommend Josh for his skills in resolving my issues and his courteous and excellent customer service skills. Thank you Josh for the excellent job!

Revere was the assigned contractor by my home warranty company to replace a busted water heater. They did a great job with communication and Josh was especially great in resolving the problem. I'm very happy with Revere and they will be my first call in case I need something else done in the future.
