Rex Key & Security

I went to Rex Key & Security to get a few copy of keys on Tuesday. When I arrived the gentleman Josh was very helpful he told me that the key I needed might not work and told me to come back if I had any issues. I came back today with the box for the key I needed and he was able to assist me successfully with getting the copy. Josh was so patience and kind. All the employees are very nice and they all seem to love their job. I would recommend getting your keys copied at Rex as customer service is everything and they went above and beyond. Pat, Dan, Josh and another guy (Zack?) really took care of me with a blank key cut for my ‘99 BMW M3. Had to drive around a bit to find a shop that could help with this particular key and they made it look easy - handling it in less than 5 minutes. Funny crew and good energy in the shop. Terrific experience! Josh Patton Brown took got me in and out quickly with two new FOBs, making sure everything worked perfectly. He thoughtfully explained the keying process and why some of my OEM keys would work and others wouldn’t. 5 star experience

Every once in a while you come across a place that is just great at what they do. Josh and Conan were professional and incredibly helpful, unlocking my car hatchback that had stumped many car repair replaces. It has changed my life to be able to use the back of my car for hauling things! Can't recommend them enough-

I used this service in Sept of last year to replace the lock on my laundry room garage access door. At that time, they installed a new lock but the lock would get stuck upon installation usage, but the service tech said that it would be fine later. Now my key won’t work in the lock. In order to fix it, the phone operator from this service said it would be a minimum of $200 just to come see it even though it was a poor installation and or poor quality lock.
