This company is phenomenal! They are always quick to respond and solve any problem. They are extremely professional and friendly! We had the line to our water main go out and they were there to make it better than before! This company is for sure my go to with any issues that arise!

This company has been so good to us multiple times over the years. They are the best Rexburg plumbers and best Rexburg HVAC hands down. From main line water issues being fixed when other companies installed pipes incorrectly, little items like fixing disposals, and major items like helping with new drainage on our flat roof Rexburg plumbing and heating has always come through. We’ve had a chance to work with multiple service professionals with this company y and all have been great. Specifically Scott, Nephi, and Alexis are amazing. If you want quality and high value this is the obvious choice to go with. Thanks for taking such good care of us!!

Here I am again. Our furnace was installed incorrectly and we had a gas leak. There were 3 leaks in 3 different places from not being tightened enough, which included a flex connector. I did not choose to go with this business, my landlord did and I hope he never goes back. To add to my first review, I would of given up trying to call them the first time when learning they don't have voicemail or any reliable way to contact them except for first thing in the morning.

Today is the coldest day of the year so far. -25 F. Of course the heater conked out. When I told them that there was a new baby in the house. They came within an hour. Could have been very different. Thank you. I have used RPH on several occasions. Always fairly priced and worked with my tenants schedules. RPH has tuned and fixed furnaces, installed a new hot water tank and have always been fairly priced. Great local business asset.

We had an issue with our pressure tank and pressure switch and RPH were very responsive and helpful in getting the issue resolved. They sent someone out within a couple of hours and the tech provided his cell phone and was willing to make time to get the issue resolved. RPH continue to be the most reliable and most responsive company that we have dealt with.
