Over the top customer service!! I had never been a customer before, but from the initial phone call to the point of completed work and billing, I received VIP treatment. The phone associate (Ava?) was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. The technician, Derek, called as promised prior to arrival, and arrived within the promised window of time. Derek showed me the problem with my water heater breaker, and clearly explained the resolution. Upon my approval, Derek resolved my issue in a matter of minutes, and reassembled efficiently Thank you to Jimmy Shores for accompanying Derek, and for overseeing and consulting in the process. Weather was bad and Reynolds ordered the needed parts then installed them with no delays. The system was returned to running condition in a timely manner with great communication and follow-through. I would highly recommend Reynolds.
