The team arrived on time each day, worked efficiently, and made sure my property was spotless afterward. They also explained each step of the process so I felt informed and comfortable. Shawn’s team did a fantastic job with our renovation project, replacing my old siding and adding insulation layers this summer. They managed to keep within the budget while delivering exceptional quality. The team worked incredibly hard, even on some very hot days, to stay on schedule, and the results are amazing - my house looks completely new! I expected things to get messy, as siding and roofing work often does, but they kept the outside of my house much cleaner than other roofers would. In just two weeks, they finished replacing all the siding and gutters. Shawn is an excellent project manager, working closely with his team to ensure all our special requests were met. He was quick to respond and the after-sales service has been top-notch too - they don’t just disappear after you pay.

After talking to numerous roofers for a full replacement, I ultimately went with Shawn at Reynolds. He was very clear on what needed to be done and was easy to get ahold of. He also worked with me on pricing to make sure the project was able to fit within budget. What also gave me confidence is there are companies that do bad jobs for a few years, close shop, and just open under a new name. Here they have been in business for generations so know if we have any issues down the road they will be around to take care of them.

He worked with me to understand the specific needs of the project, and talked me through all of my options to get the job done both on time, and within our budget. He also went the extra step to coordinate his work with the contractor in charge of the internal renovation work we are having done simultaneously. He and his team completely removed all of the old shingles on the back side of our home, repaired some significant damage underneath, insulated and re-sided the back, and replaced the gutters and leaders.
