Everything was so smooth with Reynolds. Shari scheduled my appointment with Steve to come assess my mold issue next day. Steve was very quick to provide me with an estimate and they were able to get me on the schedule in a timely manner. Todd and Lupe were very respectful of my home while completing the job and Todd explained the scope of work after they were through and next steps. The accounting team was also super helpful in terms of my needs for insurance. Everyone was super helpful from scheduling to the final invoice.

Experienced water damage in our finished basement right before the holidays. Reynolds was onsight right away the same day and went to work on vacuuming the water and drying impacted areas. Their quick action minimized the damages. We used Reynolds to manage the repairs (drywall, new flooring, trim...), too and they were great. If you get Tom as your project manager you won't have to worry about a thing. He knows his stuff and advocates hard with insurance to get the job done right. Our basement is back to 100 percent. Todd and Nate were absolutely incredible! They were super thorough and cleaned anything that could have been in the vicinity of the flood. They have gone absolutely above and beyond, and were incredibly communicative and kind. Thank you Reynolds Restoration!! My basement has never smelled better.

Very pleased with the recent service we received from Reynolds to clean mold out of a tight crawl space in our basement, due to a leak. Nate and Edin were timely, professional, courteous and great at communicating their progress each day, verbally and with pictures. The outcome is better than we had expected.

Today, Michael Boyle, Vlad and team were here to repair damages from. Refrigerator water line break. SENSATIONAL team, superior work in one day that we thought could take 4 days.
