RGD Construction

RGD was recommended to me by a friend. I am new to Philly. Also, read some of the reviews. I did a quick rehab project with RGD. Everything was on point. Very hard to say that about a contractor. Delivered the property within the time frame we talked about. All the delays were on my side. I almost don't want to share this information. I don't want RGD to get too busy and not take my future projects. Again, once you have a good experience, you should share it.

I’m an investor who flips homes around Philadelphia and use RGD for my projects. Reno brings his own skills of carpentry, tile, flooring (and much more) to the table. I prefer to invest like I'm running a business. For this reason, I put a lot of effort into screening team members carefully so i don't have to micro manage. I place a lot of stock on referrals and results. I expect people to be good at their job and do what they promised to do in a timely manner. And that's what I got with Reno.
