This was our second renovation with Rhinebeck Kitchen and Bath. Nine years ago they did our kitchen, which remains beautiful and looks as good as it did nine years ago! Recently we had our bathroom completely gutted. Rhinebeck Kitchen and Bath provided us with excellent care and attention. The crew was always timely, courteous and considerate. The workmanship and attention to details comes from years of experience and strong work ethic. We would not consider anyone else to do this type of work in our house. We knew from our first experience that they would communicate, they would be on time, they would clean up daily, they would bring in supporting workers who could be trusted and were competent. We had Rhinebeck Kitchen and Bath remodel our kitchen. Cannot say enough what a great job they did. Met with Sam our designer who listened to what we wanted and designed the kitchen we now love. What can I say about Bill, he is a true craftsman and outstanding person. We lived with Bill for about 5 weeks as he transformed our old kitchen into the dream kitchen we have today, thanks Bill. I had a great experience working with Rhinebeck Kitchen and Bath! Leigh Crawford was a fantastic design partner who pulled together my dream bathroom. She was able to perfectly capture the serene feel I was going for while also suggesting some modern accents that make the room look amazing all while sticking with my original budget! The entire staff, including Chris, Ryan and Bill were so kind, extremely communicative, did fantastic work and were just an overall pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend the team to anyone and hope to find more projects to collaborate in the future.

Finally, after 20 years we decided to renovated our very dated circa 1985 kitchen. Though we hired an architect, a friend suggested we visit Rhinebeck Kitchen and Bath to begin other design discussions and view their cabinet and counter collection. There was so much we did NOT know---costs, cabinet design, countertops, appliances--nearly everything, but working with Rebecca quickly got us up to speed. She is an exceptional listener, problem solver and strategist. In addition to helping us to select cabinet colors and countertops, she was our most valuable design asset, helping us to maximize the storage space we desperately needed, offering unique design solutions and very quickly responding in real time to my questions on everything from appliance measurements to the number of drawer

Hands down the BEST kitchen and bath designers out there! Leigh, Bill, and Chris literally saves my job and kitchen install more than once! Not only does RKB use only the highest quality materials, but their service and care for the client is unmatched. The owner Bill came out to check on the job repeatedly to help me navigate through the install as well, and Leigh the designer was there every step of the way for me.
