The water system to our apartments knocked out the water supply’ After 3Days of service with an incompetent So called plumber, who made matters worse, ENTER PATRICK of Red Hook Plumbing n Heating’ water was restored’ However there were other issues that had to be addressed, as Patrick met with each renter to make sure they are whole’ However my kitchen water supply stopped’ Because my Health is compromised Patrick came On His Day Off’ To take care of the issue WOW a Plumber with a Heart’ Someone who cares’ for people not the Money. I owe Patrick more then just thanks’ One of a kind God Bless’

Fantastic service. We had a major emergency & we were very lucky to get a recommendation from good friends. Patrick is amazing. He was calm in the face of my near hysteria. Did a very thorough job..Figured out what was going wrong and fixed it. Can't not give more than 5 stars or I would. Could not recommend Red Hook plumbing more.

Bill quickly evaluated a few plumbing issues over Memorial Day Weekend, without charge. Really went above and beyond in taking a quick look into our basement on an off-day, and then spent time plenty of time discussing his findings. Fantastic service.

Unfortunately, they couldn't provide the service I was looking for. They did return my message with the news after a couple of days. In today's service industry, that's thoughtful and appreciated! They have other services listed which I will keep in mind when the need arises.
