They don't take return on electronic items so be prepared if your diagnosing something as you may have to eat the cost of a part you're testing. Aside from that, these guys are on their game, have the inventory needed, and are pretty friendly. I will be turning to them for future needs after walking into their little retail space and seeing how many other things they will carry that Home Depot or Ace hardware may not.

I had Mark take a look at my refrigerator and stove top. He did his diagnostic and gave me honest feedback. He even offered to tell me how to fix my freezer myself if I wanted. I opted to have him fix it and am satisfied with the results. He acknowledged the repair on my stove would be pricey and it may be better to just replace. The whole process took around an hour. He offered to come back for free within 60 days if something went wrong with the repair. Seemed very reasonable.

We returned home from a 2-week vacation to find our fridge had died at some point while we were gone. I called a few companies and Mark from Rhino said he could be out in the afternoon on the same day. Great! Even better when he showed up a little later that morning since he was nearby on another call. That customer service is hard to find! Turns out the circuit board went out- Mark gave us a few repair options and his recommendation. I really felt he was trying to get us the best value. Additionally, he called around to suppliers until he was lucky enough to find a replacement board for us. I am super impressed with his service and highly recommend him. Mark at Rhino will be my only call in the future.

Our dryer stopped working on Thursday 2/23, and we called to get this repaired. Mark asked questions over the phone and stated he could come by Friday, 2/24 to correct. He was on-time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He replaced the thermal fuse in our dryer and left. We didn't think to do a test run. On Saturday, 2/25 we noticed a piece wasn't installed on the dryer, so we reached out via text and phone and Mark responded via text it wasn't important. On Sunday, we attempted to use our dryer and it went out again, so we reached out again and have not gotten a response. I luckily still had an appointment scheduled with another company for Wednesday 3/1 that I forgot to cancel, so I am working with them to repair. I am frustrated we paid Rhino Applicance close to $300 for them to fix and it

We were very impressed with our dishwasher repair! Mark showed up the next day, on time & called when he was on his way. He listened, and patiently answered my questions. He took the time to really analyze and troubleshoot a confusing problem. In the end, he fixed it without selling us new parts and for a very reasonable fee. I was elated! Before we called Rhino, we first tried to use our extended warranty plan through Lowe's. Long story short, communication with the assigned service provider was only via canned text messages, and without speaking to us about the dishwasher, they immediately ordered a part, said to contact them when it arrived to schedule an appointment, and IF we had a scheduled appointment, they wouldn't be there. Who knows how long we would have been without a dishwashe
