Rhino Contracting

Rhino contracting has got to be the worst choice when it comes to a contracting business. Not only have they cost me(a 16 year old high school student) over 300 dollars but also they have made it so I can’t do my school work. I parked in this parking lot so I could attend my first hour class. 30 minutes later my car was gone. They had towed it, not only am I now missing my back pack but not I don’t have a car and I’m down 300 dollars for parking in an empty parking lot. When I confronted the front desk lady she was very rude and thought it was very funny so see that she towed my car. I then missed school and spent all day trying to get my car back. If they think it is funny to tow kids cars out of an empty parking lot there is no way they are professional at what they do. Choose someone el

I was holding off from writing these negative reviews on Rhino Contracting in hope that the owner Ryan would be a man of his word and compensate us for the damage his company did to my wife's vehicle. In 12/24 his company paved a road in Gilbert and his employees removed the road barriers before the asphalt was cured, which resulted in tar and asphalt caked on my wife's car. It was 2 inches thick in the wheel wells. Ryan stated that he would pay us for the damages. It is now April 2025. Apparently Ryan's is not a man of his word and I would never do business with a person who cannot be believed or trusted. He needs to stand behind his incompetent employees that he hired and make this right. Stay away from Rhino Contracting.

I am not certain if this is the same driver or not, but two days in a row there has been two incidents with drivers. On 3/15/2017 two trucks were merging on to the loop 101 form the Red Mountain 202. The driver in the back had to lock up his breaks and skid to a stop. He almost his the front truck driver. On 3/16/2017 at approximately 6:40am (could be the same driver) a Rhino truck driver (going to fast of following to close) had to lock up his breaks. In order to avoid from destroying my car he had to move into the shoulder. By the time he stopped he was past the midpoint of my vehicle. I was not able to get the Truck Id # and do not know what if anything can happen, but this is two days in a row with two incidents now happening withing 0.5 miles of one another. Rhino Contracting has been doing sewer, water, storm drain, rip rap, dry utilities, concrete structures, earthwork & grading, and masonry block walls for Blandford Homes for over 5 years now. Three of the most important things I expect in a contractor are Quality, Timeliness & Personnel with the "right attitude". I must say, you get all three of these and plenty more with this team of dedicated, hard and smart working individuals. They are our "Go To Team" when we need it done yesterday! Thanks to Ryan Mechem, President & Owner, for being hands on, quick to respond, and ever so mindful of our needs, especially with extremely tight schedules.
