Debated leaving three stars as the oil was actually delivered. I understand that we just experienced both a large storm and extremely cold temperatures leading up to this. I was extremely disappointed with "Sherry"'s customer service skills. She told me that I should not have waited until my tank was empty to order oil. There's few things like the company rep presuming that you're just another potential customer who is on empty, needing a delivery asap. We were however at a quarter of a tank and simply wanted to leave more oil in the tank prior to it changing ownership. She also accused of me of yelling at her and nigh on to hung up on me. I realize that customer service has gone down since Covid but I was extremely disappointed with how Sherry handled our transaction. My wife informed me

NEVER TRUST THEIR COMMITTMENT, THEY SAY SOMETHING AND DO SOMETHING ELSE. ONE GUY CAME IN AND PERFORMED A MAINTENANCE AND THIS GUY CAME AROUND JULY, AND PERFORMED MAINTENANCE, BUT THEN WE DID NOT USE THE HEAT AND SO NOW WHEN I TURNED ON THE HEAT PUMP, IT SMELLS LIKE KEROSENE AND SEEMS IT SPREADS TO THE ISLANDS AND STICKS TO IT THEREBY STICKS TO YOUR HAND AND FOOD. I CALLED AND THEY ARE FORCEFUL FOR ME TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE WHEN THIS IS AFTER THE FACT OF THE MAINTENANCE. DURING SUMMER WE CANNOT TEST THE HEAT, I WONT REFER THIS TO ANYONE , AS THEY ARE MONEY ORIENTED. NOT FOR YOUR BUCK

I needed help getting my oil burner heating system working for this winter - Rhoads was very responsive in scheduling the service to fit my schedule. The technicians arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, performed the necessary work and stayed to test that the system was working properly…. I rate this service company and their people (Kevin and Christian were the guys that solved my problems) 10 out of 10! A real pleasure to see and use a company with top-notch customer service in this day and age…

Hi I would like to tell you how amazing your technicians Brian & Mike are. Our furnace is probably the oldest in Boyertown..not joking. They don’t even make parts for it any more. This past Saturday at 6:30am we had no heat. Brian came out and fixed some issues and then had to come back at 6pm because we still had some issues. Obviously he didn’t have the parts in his truck because are furnace is so old and given the weekend nothing could be done until Monday. At around 7:15pm Saturday night we had a knock on our door and it was Brian who asked if he could take a picture of our furnace to make sure the next technician on Monday got the right parts. Come Monday. Technician Mike arrives in the morning, who beforehand drove to Reading to just get the parts we needed and then he spent over thr

Jerry G. Was awesome. He came out to due the annual maintenance service on my A/C unit. He left everything neat and clean. He was friendly and had a great attitude. I was happy that he worked quickly and added a maintenance journal so when my equipment is serviced it will be completed to keep maintenance history at the equipment site. Jerry is a great serviceman. I always request Jerry because he keeps our HVAC humming right along!
