Use to be fantastic, but changed owners in 2024 (still uses the same). I scheduled to have my furnace cleaned and to have my elements acid cleaned due to having hard water. Once here, they informed me they can only perform one service per call (even though I specifically scheduled it for both issues). They charge a $100 service call fee in addition to other costs, so be warned, you may have to pay an extra hundred for a second service to be performed at a later date. They use to do all the work at one time and be out within 45 minutes. I'll still get my heating oil here, but will be checking other places for service from now on.

These are the nicest people. As we only get off road diesel I have, at times, been waiting to pay and watch how everyone treats customers. Great service. Wish I could do more business with them.

Needed oil put into a tank for a home I purchased, discovered there was an issue with the boiler so I gave this company a call. Service manager went above and beyond to help me out, and I got my oil very quickly. Excellent people with great customer service - I will be using their services going forward and I highly recommend them to anyone else.

Be carful, called for heating oil. Service manager says he needs to inspect oil tank before filling so I agreed. He came out and said oil tank looks good and they need to change the fill cap over to their style. He attempts to take the old one off and does not support the fill pipe and unthreads the whole pipe. This was about an hour task, usually can be done in a couple minutes. Then he says they need to replace the pipe that he threaded out and it will be $200.00. Also he took my original fill cap and has not returned it. I informed him I have been an hvac technician for the last 13 years and it’s not my fault he did not back the fill pipe. I told him our short business together is done. This was just for oil, I can not imagine what they do with installs and service.

My parents had a brand new heater installed A few years ago and have had problems with sir unit ever since, the person who installed said something is broke and we need to come back and repair it, never fid after several attempts my father passed away and now it was left to me to try and giggle it out. I called them and spoke to service manager he came up to look at it wsx there a total of 15 minutes tops said nothing wrong with it, meaning the damper was very ignorant waljex out and never said he was leaving no good by, offer to come check it vorrectly and see if the damper was broke blamed it on Air conditioning people. Time for second opinion, I guess they don't need a recurring clients business, then maybe a call to my attorney after the second op, so pussed right now.oe maybe a ca
