Riad Tile

I am an interior designer for a Dallas based luxury home builder and we have had such a wonderful experience working with the Riad team. Both Misty and Sean are very accommodating and responsive. They have guided us through several tricky tile situations and have always been ready and willing to help! We are always pleased with the beautiful quality of the hand crafted materials as well, and look forward to continuing to utilize Riad's products on many projects to come!

A++ Customer Service- Staci went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we needed. I’m not going to lie, as someone doing a small residential project, I did not expect the amazing level of customer service I received! The materials themselves are gorgeous, high quality, and at an amazing price point as well. Can’t wait to work with Riad again in the future!

HOMEOWNERS BEWARE: Riad Tile does not publish Safety Data Sheet (SDS) information on their website for each tile they sell. You could be unknowingly installing products with LEAD or dangerous materials in your home because they do not disclose what their tiles are made of. Thank goodness I realized this and cancelled my order immediately, which they acknowledge and agreed to refund. So 1 star, I guess. I did independent research and learned that Zellige Riad tile may contain lead (allegedly the person asked Riad Tile who confirmed that the tiles DO contain LEAD, allegedly). I asked customer support directly, stating that if their glazed, zellige bejmat tile contains lead to cancel my order immediately because I would have never bought it if Riad Tile stated that clearly on their website. T

Marble tile brought the perfect mix of classic elegance and modern sophistication to our space. The honed finish gives it a beautifully soft, natural look, and the checkerboard pattern made such a stunning impact. Beyond the product itself, the team at Riad Tile made the entire process seamless. Their attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and customer service were exceptional from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out, and we can’t wait to use Riad Tile in future projects! Highly recommend to anyone looking for timeless, high-quality tile!

Please read before ordering!!! We ordered tile a few months ago and realized we were short and placed an order of the exact same tile and we received a totally different color. We informed them right away and they told us there was nothing we could do but order more tile. They sent us pictures of the tile they had in stock which matched our previous order but also couldn’t guarantee that’s the color we would receive. Not helpful at all and refused any sort of credit. It’s not the customers fault that your tile was labeled wrong and we received natural white instead of the Snow White we ordered. We will never order from them again. Customer service is horrible.
