O...M...G...!!! My sister in RI had a severe flooding of her basement when the city water pipe on their private property cracked. Someone at her husband’s job recommended this company. What an amazing job they did. They dug up so much and they found a replaced the pipe and they put everything together so well that the insurance guy who came over to check things right after did not even believe any work was done!!!! The insurance guy said it was the best job he has ever seen! See photos of before and after. The whole was huge and it was done using a large backhoe. Ricci was one of two service providers that contacted me and I ended up selecting them to do the job. I was very impressed with their quality of work and professionalism-from every individual, at every point in the process. After the site visit, I had received quotes from Ricci and a competitor with do-not-exceed figures. While Ricci had a higher figure, that was based on their actually having visited my residence and identifying possible obstacles (the competitor did not visit).
