I was running into major overflowing which dropped heavy rain in certain areas of my grass killing it. This was a new build home since February and never really went through its paces as far as rain goes. I called up Alex and he quickly and politely assisted with my issue. I also appreciated the courtesy and professionalism of the workers that arrived to pitch and install more downspouts to help out with my issue. Thank you. Christian an Alex

I had Rice spray foam my entire barndominium and I couldn’t be happier with their service. The price was fair and they went above and beyond to make sure it was done correctly and that there were no blowouts. I would recommend 100%.

They are coming out next week to try and make it right. I will update again after they fix all issues. The glass and mirror frames are not acceptable for a mobile home, let alone a multi million dollar new home I have posted pictures of their work. Apparently they are also unwilling to correct any of it.

We have NO LIGHTS in our master bath for 53 days now and they never even call back. I HAVE WIRES HANGING out of the wall that are not even capped. They installed the mirror in our master bathroom without putting the electrical box back in the wall and I specifically told the installers that this would be an issue for the electricians and they laughed it off and put up the mirror anyway. Sure enough, the electricians showed up next day and said they could not put lights up without the electrical box behind the mirror or it would crack the mirror just like I told the installers. So now 53 days and counting, they have not even made an effort to return ANY calls or schedule to fix the mirror. We cannot do even basic things in our own bathroom now. I have NEVER in my whole life seen worse custo
