Called to come fix a valve at Rowling Ranch East. Took the valve to "go get the part" and never came back. When called, (this was the owner, Johnny) he hung up on us two times. DO NOT use this company. Worst customer service and rude to all.

Apparently there's a new owner of this company. I've never had these issues with the previous owner. I've called twice to request someone to come out to work on various plumbing issues at my house. The first time I never got a call back to schedule. The second and last attempt was yesterday. I spoke to the new owner that told me someone would be out to my place this morning at 7:30am. I stayed home from work & waited until 8:30am, no one showed & never got a courtesy call. I called & the owner answered. He basically told me that he doesn't have a secretary to make calls. The last time I checked, males (as a gender) & owners of companies are very capable of making calls & being a "Secretary" to keep their customers updated on appointment times as a courtesy. Called asked for a gas leak test and was given a set price of 275 plus tax. Ok cool. Set to come Monday but could not make it ok cool. Came Tuesday and began waking around and just spent time digging at my pipe in the back yard just to hit me with a bill of 391.90 for an EXTRA 30 mins! Just to be told all the pipes in the house were good it was outside ground pipes that might have a leak and did not know where. They wanted to replace 120 ft of pipes to top it off they were made aware of the payment being made the next day and that was an issue for them as they resorted to threaten to claim theft of service! They even went as far as telling their workers to follow me until I withdrew money from the ATM and handed it to them. Good lord this company will poke your eyes out if you let them. AV

I had always used this company when it was Rice plumbing. How do I pay a bill??? I called to pay and the lady who answered wasn’t in office and couldn’t take my payment. No call return or invoice in the mail. By the way the problem isn’t solve and I called today, guess what?? The lady isn’t in the office and she can’t take my payment. Let’s see if she calls me tomorrow.

Sadly this was a fairly poor experience. My water heater went out on me and so I called and asked to have someone come out. The lady on the phone (Elsa) was an absolute delight. She informed me her techs were out of town but that she would get them to me as fast as possible. They ended up being stuck t several jobs between then and the time when they arrived for me, and Elsa kept me abridged at every step along the way. I wasn't even upset that it took over 24 hours for them to get to me; businesses get busy and I was totally fine with that considering how diligent Elsa was letting me know. Then they got here. The two techs said immediately and without hesitation or that I needed a new water heater. They didn't even look inside the already open panel to see anything. There was rus
