I encountered a Rich Osterman van at a gas station when it was very close to backing up into my parked vehicle. I honked my horn to let them know I was there and the driver flicked me off in addition to mouthing a choice phrase. Is THIS how you treat potential customers? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! Also, if you fail to master basic driving skills I seriously question your mastery of other skills. You're in a business where you need to help the needs of people and you should maintain a level of professionalism where ever you go, ESPECIALLY when you have the name of your business on the side of your vehicle.

I had a hot job present itself and I called them to quote. Mike showed up, quoted the job, and sent 2 techs out the next morning. All of which were very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend this company.
