Rich Pools

Second time we have used them They installed our pool 5 years ago and did a great job . 5 years later after a rough and tumble summer we needed a new liner installed . They came out two days later and did an amazing job . Dave and his crew did a great job , offered some suggestions for next season and left the place as good as they found it .They were a pleasure to work with and I will be using them again !

We hired Rich Pools to put in our new pool liner after 10 years. They came out to look at it complained that the pool was installed so badly and asked who installed it… Ironically, it was them 10 years ago. There was a little rainwater left in our pool. They left their pump to drain it and said they would be back the next day to put in our liner. It’s been almost 2 weeks. I have left several phone messages For Rich and Diane and not one phone call back and they still have not been back. Obviously, we are not using them and if I were you, I would not either. Terrible business protocol!

I own an electrical contracting business. I dropped off some cards just to drum up some more work. One of their customers calls me today, needing my services. He said Rich Pools told him how much it should cost to have his pool wired which was significantly less than what we charge. Dude on the phone says I'm not paying more than that Who the hell tells a customer what something should cost when it's not your wheelhouse?

This is a hard review to write. Let me start with Rich and Diane are wonderful. They came did a good job of digging my pool. They are very nice. I enjoyed them being here. HOWEVER... the build crew didn't show up till 6 o'clock. Only laid the bottom rail and left. They promised to be here at 7 am and it's now 9 am and I have heard nothing from anyone.

Scheduled pool service for a Tuesday, they never showed up. Rescheduled for the next day and was promised I would be the first job. They never showed up again. Cancelled service. Let’s hope my pool doesn’t blow down since they directed me to empty it.
