This is my first experience demolishing a property and I am very happy with the work that Richard A. Hamann and Sons did on the project. Dave and Frances were extremely communicative, laid out the project from start to finish, explained everything and coordinated all of the subs. The started the project when they said they would, completed it quickly and left me with a clean job site. I will use them again in the future and definitely recommend them. Richard Hamann and Sons Demolition company is running a serious operation, with new heavy-duty machinery, several trucks to pick up and dump the debris, and highly skilled workers with an outstanding sense of service at the office and on the field. It took them less than 2 days to demolish nearly 2000 sf. CBS house with an underground concrete pool, and deliver the complete site flat and clean of any object. That's what I call - PROFESSIONALS. The best part is that they don't even charge more than the competition while delivering way more. If you are a contractor or a homeowner that needs to demolish a house, I strongly recommend calling Rick - You will thank me after the job is done.

awesome company !! very personable to work with. the work in an orderly fashion and timely. they keep their job site neat and clean they are in and out some of the neighbors didn't even know they were there until the day after noticed the house was gone ! beautiful equipment as well. I would use them again in a heartbeat .
