My hot water failed after five years. It had been installed by Fox Plumbing. When Dan looked at it - the tech from Fox-plumbing- --he said we're going to do this with warranty. Dan did everything. I ended up with a new hot water heater for labor costs and a few hoses. Dan and David worked very hard and installed the tank. cleaned up - did everything just great. I truly appreciate this company- I have used then for years- - truly a wonderful company. If I could more than five stars I would!

The company was quick to respond to schedule an appointment. Joey the plumber that came to install our new dishwasher, garbage disposal and sink faucet was very courteous, professional, honest, efficient and worked in a timely manner. We will now always use Richard Fox Plumbing in the future. Thank you very much!!!

Josh was very responsive to our call and communication was excellent with the scheduling. Joey came out on the call and his work was efficient and professional. He cleaned up after he was finished and did excellent work. Pricing was reasonable. Will definitely be hiring them again.

The man who answers the phone needs to attend a customer service class he is short when he speaks with you and rude, each and every time I speak with him! The water heater that was installed was faulty, it was like pulling teeth to get someone out the next morning to fix the issue. I kept being told a different time they’d arrive each time I called. I used to be a loyal customer of this company….
