We sent a Facebook message at 7:00am on a Monday because my mother woke up to a bad leak of gushing water in her kitchen and Pennings responded In seconds and they were at her house in minutes to help!! We had called other company’s and got no response —- Ricky from Pennings came and he was so helpful and so nice! Highly recommend!

When my furnace wouldn’t respond on a cold winter morning, I called Pennings. They came within an hour, and got it going until they could get a replacement part. It is now completely fixed, and I am very pleased with their work, their attitude, and above all their timely response!

water heater was leaking this morning. called up, and couple hours later they were here and the job was done in less than two hours. fast, honest service at fair price. i was already researching replacing the heater when it sprung a leak.

The plumber never showed up to install our sink. I called multiple times- to no avail. This is NOT the way to run a business and was a waste of a day- waiting around for services not rendered.

He’s very professional and a pleasure to work with... his dad is a delight on the phone when asking about my issue. Very professional people. I’m very happy with this service
