Originally I advocated for Richard and his beautiful work. However After 6 months the quality of work was not withheld. I reached out in July 2023 and his team finally came out and make repairs to our kitchen floors in Oct. 2023. And 8 months later I am requesting repairs again. Richard has been unprofessional and been ignoring me since July 2024. The floors have been cracking and cement has been chipping up. It’s disappointing to me that I have to change this review with hopes that Richard can fix the issue after my family invested A LOT of money with his company hoping to have quality renovations. I’m extremely frustrated that this is the point that it has come to. Maybe you’ll return my phone calls and text now !!!!!

Richard is the BEST contractor that I have ever worked with in my professional career as a Realtor since last 7+ years. His professionalism, hard work, expertise and knowledge about the work will guarantee you for the best of the best results. Rest assured, for the quality of the work conducted by him and his TEAM in a timely manner. I would highly recommend his services from the basic small work to a Big renovations.

He’s very sketchy with paper work will tell u a price than add on to it the next week … make sure u get everything in writing and you understand clearly what he is saying cause he will throw on and extra 3000 dollars and act like he didn’t just tell u something different last week .. I did so many jobs with them .. and never had an issue now all of sudden he wants to be shady with paper work .. I’m never using there services again .. on to the next one

Richard and his guys is very very professional and patient, he definitely knows what he is doing. Highly recommended.
