My wife and I renovated the floors in our new home. James was incredibly helpful and attentive in giving us an estimate on time and cost, and then remained in good communication as we worked with the hard wood floor specialist and carpet specialist to get all the floors renovated. The end product is incredible! The refinished hard wood looks amazing, and the carpet is perfect for those spaces. Overall a great experience and all contractors were friendly, professional, and prompt with their work!

We are thrilled with the carpet! We replaced carpet in lower level of our home with Richards Carpet and Flooring product. With the help of James, the estimate measuring went smooth. The choices in the store display were overwhelming because they are all so beautiful. The rip out of the old carpet and installation of the new carpet was excellent. The receptionist, sales personal and install workers were very polite and efficient. There were no issues, and it went beautifully. We HIGHLY recommend these people and this business.

I’m super disappointed with the lack of communication on issues found with my flooring and that I had to discover the issues myself. There’s a large bump in the middle of the living room that apparently is from a support beam and would be thousands of dollars to fix, but that was not explained to me, it wasn’t until I came home to notice it myself and asked about it then they came up with that response. They gave me an estimate, which included leveling, after coming to the house and looking at the floor. Then when install day came they charged me an additional $850 to level my subfloor further. I paid for the trim to be done and they cut corners on it, not filling the nail holes, put in scuffed/scratched trim, missed pieces of cuts. (see photos). When I let them know they said they’d com

We had a great experience with both engineered hardwood and carpet installation, they earned 5 stars. There were issues with installation that could have made this project blow up, but Rich and his installers identified the issue, fixed it, and the resulting floor is fantastic. The way they handled issues is probably the biggest testament to their service. It's one thing to do an install with no issues, it's another thing to work through issues and make the customer happy. With any install, things can come up in a project, most horror stories occur when this happens, but Rich and team did everything to identify the issue, fix it, and it turned out great. Our wood floors were refinished in a new stain and they are beautiful! James was very willing to answer our questions and accommodate our schedule. Josh did an awesome job and completed the job in the time indicated! James followed up after the job was completed to make sure everything was done right.
