Awesome service! We didn't know where our tank was located after checking and digging where we thought the tank was they referred us to a company that could send a camera through the line to locate it. Once found, they dug up the entry to my tank, Pumped my septic tank cleared the lines and ensured everything was flowing & functioning properly before closing up the hole and leaving. Very friendly and helpful with all of my questions. I would definitely recommend them!

Needed My Tank Serviced. Made a call from a reference and 30 Minutes Later They Showed up. No Scare tactics like other companies just strait shooters. Fixed it the next day for a fair price. Would Recommend to others.

I have used Richards Septic Tank Service several times over the last 18 years and they have always been great. They arrived on time, they were very courteous and explained everything in detail. Their price was very reasonable. I highly recommend using them for your septic service.

It's been less than a year since this company has pumped my septic tank. We started having issues with it backing up in the house the past few days. Called a different Septic Company and come to find out the tank has 2 sides and a filter. First, they only dug 1 side of the tank up. They never dug the side up that had the filter. Filter was clogged! Yes, myself, son and father in law all witnessed them pump my septic tank. All they did was remove water from my tank and no solids. So now we are having to spend even more money to get the problem taken care of when it should of been done right the first time. When I called them to explain the problem all I got was a handful of useless excuses. I will never use this company again. Poor service and clearly have no clue what they are doing.

We used Richard septic through a family friend, I will never use them again. I did not know exactly where our septic tank was but I knew somewhere around the area of it. They poked around the yard trying to find it after I told my wife roughly where it was, they didn’t listen to her and poked around everywhere other than where she said it was. Still without finding it they just got the tractor off and started digging. Once we had a huge hole in our front yard, they finally found it. These guys did not backfill correctly at all. They didn’t tamp the dirt back in the hole, they just used the bucket on the tractor and pushed the dirt in the hole. So with that being said, 2 days after we had them out we now have a big hole where they didn’t backfill correctly. I don’t recommend using them, if
