Couldn’t have had a better experience. We’ve used a lot of contractors since moving into our house and Richardson Carpet Services tops them all as far as service, friendliness and knowledge. It’s a family business and they definitely take pride in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing carpet or flooring work.

Called and left message. They called back within 24 hours. Scheduled an appointment within 24 hours. Called me prior to coming over. ON TIME!!! Completed re-stretching quickly, efficiently and without fanfare. Price was reasonable. Why cannot other service companies be so efficient?

Excellent help picking out the right carpet for our needs, likes, and budget. Installation...WOW!!! Got here on time and ready to work. The crew, along with the owner, got down to business and knocked out a 2 day project in 1 day!!! Cleaned up after the install and we could not be happier!!!! This local business knocked the big box home improvement stores out of the water. You won’t be disappointed. We had a short time window to have the carpet picked out, ordered, and a specific date the carpet HAD to be installed. They accommodated our circumstances and did a PHENOMENAL job. Would use them again (and making plans to right now) without hesitation!!!!!!!!
