Richardson Exteriors did the roof of my apartment complex in Dublin and also did the roof on all the garages in my apartment complex. During the process of them doing the roof on my garage they neglected to let the office Personnel know that they are going to do the roofs that day like they said they would let everybody know. They went ahead and did the roof with everybody's belongings in the garage and their vehicles which caused damage to my vehicle and other people's belongings and vehicles. I had nails on top of my car, shingle grit all over my car, and chunks of plywood all over my car. My car is a classic vehicle and the paint got damaged. I used Richardson Exteriors for a roof, gutter, and skylight replacement job the came about because of hail damage. Ron Richardson did a great job working with the insurance company throughout the approval process and was always very responsive. The completed work was very high quality and Ron did a great job suggesting some small add ins that really enhanced the work they did. I highly recommend this company.

Got my facing covered using Richardson exteriors and they did a beautiful job, looks like a brand new house - couldn't be happier as I am writing this review 14 months later and holding up great through the Columbus Ohio storms. Had one part of the facing that popped up because of strong winds, Ron sent out Rodney right away to fix it and he added extra pins so that it would not happen again .Excellent craftsmanship and excellent customer service. Highly highly recommend!!!

Ron and his crew from Richardson Exteriors were nothing shy of incredible to work with. Ron was very honest and extremely helpful throughout the process of picking out siding, etc. His crew worked hard and did an amazing job and were very professional.
