Great guys, great service, great work, great pricing. I needed a new shop after a chain store took my car on a joy ride for over 40 minutes (they didn’t know I was watching from another car in the parking lot). They had no explanation to why he took my car for so long. I’m glad it happened otherwise I wouldn’t have found Richardson’s. I know I’m going to get quality work there plus everyone is so nice! As a young woman, far away from my family, and someone who knows NOTHING about cars, I could EASILY ~easily~ be taken advantage of when it comes to this stuff. And, when you drive a car that is almost as old as you are, there are plenty of opportunities. I called Richardson’s the first time this summer crying because my break lines were leaking and I was told by another shop it was going to be two weeks before they could get it in. A friend of mine went to you for work. And you couldn't of done the work you said and you inspected and you say it past it couldn't of 2.5 weeks later the care. Need almost ,$2,000 in work because you didn't do what you charged him for. So he had to have that redone plus more. You should be ashamed of yourself . he would be crazy to go to you. And I never will. You are very dishonest.
