Sent an email looking for service on a Sat, got a response Sat evening asking if I needed emergency service or a Monday AM appointment. I asked for Monday AM. The Richardson team showed up at the time that was relayed with the parts to fix my issues. After confirming my well pump was inoperable they quickly and professionally had the pump replaced and my water restored. The communication with the scheduler was easy and accurate. The repair team was professional and prepared. Great service.

Came home from a weeks long vacation on a Sunday to discover I had no water. Was able to troubleshoot that it was the pump that was dead because the breaker was tripping. I called a few different places and Richardson was the first to call back and said they could be at my house the fastest. Walt Jr arrived and replaced my well pump in no time. He was a good guy and we are very appreciative of his help. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Richardson Wells and Pumps. I woke up the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend to no water pressure from any faucet. Due to the age of the system, I suspected issues with the well components and called my sister who recommended Richardson. I called the number I found online, explained the issue and was told the technician would call me shortly. Within 10 minutes I had received a call back and within 30, the technician was onsite. He assessed that the tank and controller needed to be replaced before it could be determined if the well pump was also bad. Fortunately the pump was working fine and I was advised that it could be fine for many more years. My mothers water tank failed today and Richardson was recommended by her friend so she called. They provided same day service at a reasonable rate for replacing the tank and everything works great! Highly recommend them!
