Richfield Electricians

Richfield Electricians just delivered one of the better customer experiences we've ever had. We called Shawn from Richfield Electricians to try to address an imminent issue with our power shutting off at a series of critical outlets. We'd tried a few potential solutions ourselves and had no luck, so we were getting ready to pay at least $100 and wait a week for service from another provider. Instead, Shawn patiently walked us through a series of troubleshooting steps. Within 10 minutes, the problem was fully resolved at no charge. His expertise was evident and he even gave us some steps to avoid similar issues in the future. Without question, we will be using Richfield Electricians for all our future needs! Cannot recommend them enough.

I needed a 25 amp/240 volt line put in for a mini- split I was having installed. I left an email on their site and was contacted within two days. Shawn came over the next week to give me estimate. The work was completed the following week - great job and professional - my thanks to Shawn and Richfield Electric!!

The overhead light fixture in my dining room would not turn on about mid day. My dining room table is my home office! After my replacing the wall switch did not solve the problem I called Richfield Electric. They immediately answered the phone and Shawn and another nice fellow were at my door in less than an hour. They quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs quickly and efficiently. I will not hesitate to call Richfield Electric for any future electrical work.

Had Shawn come out to add an additional ground bus to my service panel as well as take a look at a few circuits that I'd installed myself. I was extremely happy with my service from Sean. He took the time to give me in-depth answers to all of my *many* questions and let me know what the best way to go about doing some future work I had planned.
