Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Our shower faucet suddenly broke and the water wouldn’t stop running. None of us knew how to shut the water off, so I called RR and spoke with their scheduler to set up an appointment. The manager personally took the time to call us back and, over the phone, walked us through how to turn off the water — we were so relieved! The serviceman arrived promptly and fixed everything quickly and professionally. I am beyond impressed with RR and highly recommend them!

I called Roto Rooter to fix my toilet issue. Chris did a really great job and just as a precaution I had him look at my other toilet. It turned out that both toilets had broken parts and he replaced the parts in an hour for both toilets. Not great timing but great service.

Our drain backed up on a Saturday. Rotor Rooter had someone here within 4 hours.The drain was cleared but the camera showed some damage to our 100 year old pipes. A cured inplace lining was recommended. All of our questions were answered, all expectations were met, and the work was scheduled. Everyone was on time and professional. Our project manager dealt with our insurance company. Tim Betlach and the crew were great. I highly recommend.

Dave and team were great! They were respectful of my home and got my kitchen sink unclogged in what felt like a second! Also appreciated that they were able to come out the same day. So glad I can get my kitchen use back to normal now!
