I was a customer for about 4-5 years. I had two of my vehicles parked here. During Covid which started 2019. I had issues paying my bill. I spoke to the manager and we agreed on him giving me a few months to pay my monthly bill. When I came back to pay him. He denied our conversation, and refused to take my money. He stated your just not getting the car. He actually towed it and locked my vehicle behind a gate. Yes U did owe but it was not nearly the value of that car. The garage has leaks, that actually damage the cars. I wish this situation on no one. Hope it can help you with your decision. They suck period.

Mexican dude at night is rude and dosen't allow any one in after 12 am. I work and want to park my car when I get home. Advertisement says 24 hr parking 7 days a week. So why is he picking and choosing who he wants to allow access too. I want this looked into.

The manager jimmy won’t tell me where my car is or where it was towed to until I give him 3,000 dollars. Who ever heard of owing a garage 3,000 dollars this not lower Manhattan it’s the hood! 16 dollars a day where he get 3,000 from not to mention it’s a car that’s been there for 6 months that hasn’t been placed in the same remote location as mine. At least tell me where my car is!

Parking lot says 24hr but doesn’t a lot anyone in at 12am! Smh
