Jim from Richmond Kwik Dry did an amazing job on our living room furniture. He got out stains that I had been unable to get out. He also did a great job on our bedroom carpet. He was very friendly to our dogs and his prices are also very reasonable.

Kwik Dry was super easy to schedule with — I also had to reschedule due to a family emergency and they were extremely accommodating. When Jim came to clean, he was very communicative, kind, worked efficiently, and our rugs look great!

Jim was professional, communicative, and effective, four things that feel like a dream when you need a service and are pressed for time! My husband and I both work from home with long hours, and he worked quickly and quietly to get our 8-year-old, dog-stained carpet looking like new! He even left a very nifty pattern in the carpet, which feels like a luxury on top of it being spic and span. Thank you so much, Jim! I will be a repeat customer for sure.
