Had a clog in the main drain pipe. Rich's Plumbing responded quickly and had his team at my house the next day. His workers were very polite and explained everything that needed to be done. Got it done quickly and for a fair price. I highly recommend Rich's Plumbing

Javier and Eric were great! They walked me through everything, they showed me how to use and locate my water valves for an emergency especially since the snow storm I had frozen pipes in my basement and because I’m a new homeowner and they went over everything with me multiple times because I asked , they were very patient! They fixed my leaking water boiler valve in less than 20 minutes and did it very safely and professionally. I would recommend them to everyone and I would definitely hire them again.

Expert technician Javier and co-technician Eric provided excellent service from the Rich's Plumbing. They both were professional, innovative, respectful, and tried their best in doing the requested job i.e., installation of new vanity tops, sinks, faucets and others. Overall they did great job and we are thankful for this service.

My ceiling was leaking, I thought from my HVAC unit, Anthony came to repair. It was not my HVAC. He explained problem including showing me instead of just telling me. After correction to prevent water from leaking onto the unit, he repaired my heat. (I again I thought all connected to leak). Excellent service. I would definitely recommend. The only reason for the 4 star is because when I called to make appointment for the next day , the electrician or plumber came same day. Then when they were supposed to come Thursday from 9-11 no call. I had to call and it was pushed back to 2-4. No show again , no call. Sooo, Friday, they came-Anthony provided excellent service. Explained everything. I felt comfortable as far as problem, what had to be done to fix, as well as price.

I called on Rich's plumbing. Due to sewage was backing up into my basement. Which needed to be cleared. Javier and his helper Brandon. Both were knowledgeable of the job and kept me informed. Step by step. After the job they cleaned up. I felt a great pressure off my back. Knowing the job was done with 100% quality.
