Rick Bagley Contracting

First of all, taking our old crooked bathroom and making anything out of it was a great challenge. Rick and his team (he pulls in great people where needed) were more than up for it! We are absolutely thrilled with the work he did. The effort required a lot of improvising (old house renovations) which they managed in stride. Lots of help making the most of the available space. All done while keeping within our budget. We got a whole lot more than we ever planned; the before and after is pretty astonishing. Thank you Rick and Company for making this happen for us!

Spoke to Rick about restoring some damage done to our office building and everything seemed professional. He assured us the job would be done quickly. Unfortunately we returned to the office to check on his progress and found him DJing european house music to a hip, young crowd. I tried to yell out to Rick, but he was too lost in the sauce. The office is a complete wreck. I do have to commend his taste in early 90s German House bangers but sadly this is not the service we paid for.

I have had the pleasure to know and work professionally with Rick Bagley for many years. He has always been responsive, on time, professional, and knowledgeable. Rick's workmanship is everything you would expect from a master carpenter. As business owner who runs renovation / restoration projects, I'm always at ease when Rick is on my job sites.

The Summary: Rick put me off multiple times, didn’t communicate delays, is unreliable, and for a job I expected to start within a few weeks, is now 5 months out and I have not heard from him at all in the past 2 months. If you want reliability and integrity, look elsewhere. Detailed story: In August of 2015, I emailed Rick, inquiring about a job fixing our porches. Rick responded quickly about coming to do an estimate. He met me at the house within a day and said he could take care of the porches for around $5,000, and that he’d get me an estimate soon. He said he was about two weeks out and that he’d send over something in writing within a few days. He was kind and reassuring and I was excited to work with him because of his attitude and price. Rick worked at our place while my handicapped son played with crayons. We came back home to find that Rick had been cuddling him and trying to get him to watch Barbara Streisand movies. Not really sure what was up with that. He did an okay job on the restoration though
