Rick is amazing! So friendly and helpful, always willing to help. We have been a loyal customer for approximately 5-6 years. We've always been happy with the service & treated with respect, until recently. We had our A/C annual service scheduled but started having issues with the house not cooling appropriately. The upstairs was warm, yet it was working but not working properly. I left a voicemail on a Sunday, Rick called first thing Monday. He was willing to come out but had a lot of people without a/c. We told him, it's ok, we will try to wait until our appt. on Friday, since it was working. We didn't want to take away from others who needed service. Two days later, it was still not working properly, so my husband asked me to call the office to see if they could come out sooner. I expla

Just called to find out if someone could look at AC at my husband’s house. Asked if I was I current customer. Said no. Was transferred. The 2nd lady asked why my husband couldn’t call himself. I’m sorry but does that really matter? Is that really any of your business? It’s hot. This is an HVAC company, the company is going to be busy. No reason to be rude.

The worst, either incompetent or dishonest, maybe both. They had several of their crew out along with the owner to look at my AC. Told me it was working as well as it could and there’s nothing they could do to fix it. I got a second opinion, found the problem right away. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Our AC went out during the week of 90+ temperatures and they were able to come out same day. It was an “easy” fix of a new capacitor. Darrin was professional, knowledgeable and so kind. We will definitely be using Rick Ogden and team again!
