Excellent experience, very satisfied! We had an urgent situation with main sewer line blocked and backing up into the house. They were here within a couple of hours, texted me a picture of the person who was coming out. Very friendly and took care of us quickly for a fair price. Highly recommend!

Christmas Day I started having some plumbing issues. After the holidays Rick Ray and Sons came out found I had a broken sewer line. They sent me an estimate and then set a date for it to be fixed. They came out and started work only to find my neighbors sewer line next to mine was broken; the reason another company bore through our sewer lines. The guys working took pictures and we notified my neighbor. After discussion Shane, my neighbor and myself agreed on the billing charges. The guys stayed into the evening as they previously told me it would be finished that day. They stood true to that. All work was done and cleaned up. They were great to work with and kept me notified as to what was going on. I would highly recommend Rick Ray and Sons.

I did not have water service for 3-1/2 days due to extreme cold and frozen water pipes. Rick Ray resolved the problem in a short amount of time. They were on time, very polite and very professional.
