Sandy took my call and scheduled a service call on a day I could be home. Adam was dispatched and found the fault inside of a basement porcelain socket assembly that also affected another light fixture. The issue was solved with new wire nuts and reassembly of the socket. Great customer/client service with an experienced problem solver. My "go-to" is Rick's Electric for any future electrical needs.

Rick and his team were excellent in assisting us with electric for a new addition including a new upgraded service panel. Rick and his team were professional, timely, and respectful. We greatly appreciate everything including the attention to detail in the work done for us!

Given this companys name for potential panel upgrade work. Called multiple times to get an estimate. Spoke to man on second call said he would call on Thursday to come out. Never called back. Called and left a voice mail. Then called again and spoke to a lady and she took done my information again to get scheduled. Never called back. I guess they don't need my business. Would not recommend.

Dale from Rick's was just here and did a great job for us! He arrived less than a half hour from our call and serviced us in no time flat. Dale was extremely professional yet such a nice down to earth Guy. Between Rick on the phone and Dale's service call, we learned a lot too. We definitely found our new electrician should we need assistance again. And if one is concerned about electrical costs, they are very very fair and reasonable. Just call them!!

Highly recommended! Very honest, reasonable rates and they did an excellent job. Rick gave me an estimate and Dale came out to do the electrical work. I was very impressed with their work and grateful for their help. I will definitely use them in the future for electrical work!
