I have used Rick's for many years. They are always responsive and very fair with their work. We have used them for both commercial and residential settings with the same great results. They just installed a humidifier and new thermostat in my home. The biggest compliment you can give a company is referring your friends & family to them. Rick's has done work for every family member in the area, and I have referred every friend I have with a HVAC issue to Rick's. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Rick does amazing work. Rick has done many projects for us the past 12+ years or so, from furnace replacement, hot water heater replacement and always exceptional service to any maintenance issues with all the equipments. We moved a couple years ago and Rick is still our expert for all issues in this home as well, including working on my son's home recently. Ricks heating and cooling is by far the best HVAC company I have ever worked with. I have been using him since my furnace went out during a cold spell in my wright city home 10 years ago. The first company I called told me I needed to replace my 6 year old furnace. I called Rick and a $250 repair later I was back in business. Fast forward 10 years and a new build home and 1 of my AC units goes out after a hot spell. Rick did everything he could to repair before settling on needing a replacement outdoor unit. He is honest. Fair , and replaced my unit with one under a 10 year warranty for a great price. I highly recommend Rick to anyone needing HVAC service.i guarantee he will leave you with a smile in your face.

Rick is an honest business owner and puts customer needs first. We've used him for many years now to maintain our older HVAC. He also installed a new water heater recently and was very responsive/timely to resolve a small issue that came up. I'm sticking with Rick for any HVAC/plumbing needs I have in the future. He also will give you a recommendation if there are other projects outside of his expertise.
