The work that Evan and team did on my old Navien system was nothing short of amazing. The service they provided really showed me how well trained and skilled they were in their craft. It was easy to schedule my appointment (and reschedule when my availability changed) for a convenient day and time. The appointment reminders and call were helpful and respectful of my time. Lee was ready to go, asked good questions, and translated my descriptions into plumbing terms. He moved between the two projects easily and showed me the repairs when he was done. Lee was cordial and informative, and I would request him if I need a plumber again. Also thanks to Kelly in the office!

We’ve relied on Rick’s Plumbing for years. Jonathan recently fixed a leaking faucet, and we had him return to install a new toilet. We thought it would be a simple installation, but Jonathan identified an issue with the original flange which could have led to much bigger issues if it wasn’t addressed. Thanks, Jonathan!

This was my second experience with Rick's plumbing and I was lucky enough to have Lee Bradshaw come out again to fix my plumbing issue. He approaches his work with absolute professionalism, efficiency, and is obviously a master of his craft. It is wonderful to have such an honest and experienced plumber to call upon when needed.
