Ricky's was recommended to me by a trusted friend, and someone who is knowledgeable about HVAC and local firms. My first experience with Ricky's has been top notch. I was expecting guests when my main AC/Heat Pump stopped cooling on a 95 degree day. I called Ricky's late one day and then sent a tech the next day. The unit needed a major part and it was ordered that day, and delivered and installed the morning after the part arrived, just before my company arrived. Through it all the office staff was curious and helpful, knowing I was on a social deadline. I called them often so I am sure they were tired of hearing about my dilemma. Need an HVAC company that won't over charge or scam you? I 100% highly recommend Ricky's! They came over Twice and figured out immediately what was wrong with my AC and I thought it was going to cost thousands to fix due to friends' experiences with bad companies. Ended up being just a few hundred :) Very happy with my experience 👍🏻

My HVAC unit quit working after 30+ years. Ricky's has been servicing my unit every year and replacing parts as needed. I called and a tech came out within a few hours. He checked it out and said it needed to be replaced. The cost of fixing it was prohibitive considering it's age. They ordered me a new unit and made an appointment to replace it. They were on time, removed the old unit and replaced it with the new one. They cleaned up after themselves , were efficient and knowledgeable. The unit and new thermostat have been working well. The price was competitive for the market. I would, and have, recommended Ricky's to anyone who needs a repair or new HVAC system.
