Visited the location several months ago. Requested a Kohler kitchen sink hose the gentleman I spoke to stated, did not have item,took my e mail address and would contact me..He never did !! I called Kohler directly,they not only shipped me the item, the item was under warranty ,no charge An extremely poor way to operate a business
