The Rideout Team was very responsive and quickly diagnosed the problem with my A/C unit. They had the needed parts in their truck and fixed my heating unit during the original call. Pricing was very reasonable too. They also cleaned my motor fan blades per my request at the same time. These guys are very professional, and I would highly recommend them.

Showed up within 1/2 hour of my call. Figured out in 5 minutes the blower motor was bad, amazingly enough they had an upgraded replacement motor on the truck for my 4 ton carrier unit. While the one guy was cleaning out my drain and unit. the other guy Jason replaced the motor. They ended up repairing a few things with the drain and checking my unit for gas leaks and wrapped the job up in less than an hour. I can't give this company enough good reviews. And to top it off, the price was extremely reasonable.

We recently installed a dual zone heat/air system in our home. Not only did we add a new zone…we replaced everything. Two new compressors and two new air handlers in addition to the duct work and flex pipe needed for this expansion. This project was planned well in advance and completed in one day. Timely improvements like this one are only possible when you have dedicated, well trained associates driven by achieving customer satisfaction. We could not be more satisfied. Job well done!

I had a positive experience with Rideout 12/19/24. The first of which was Patrick when I called; he gave me the first appointment time the next morning! Yeah folks, you heard that right. The tech that came out, Lee, was able to correctly surmise the issue after telling him I had cleaned the coils, the compressor is working, heat works and I replaced the capacitor 2 days prior. He suspected a coolant leak and so did I. He’s a very nice and personable guy too. Instead of telling me stuff I don’t need, Lee showed me where a wire had separated from its connector, burned a hole in the copper tubing that is in the evaporator coil, which is where the coolant leaked. I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. The only reason I gave two stars is because they were quick to come to my house after I initially called. The technician came to my house, I explained to him that we believed it was (sludge clogging the drain line because the pan was filling with water.) He claimed that the capacitor was bad and he cleaned the drain line…the AC did briefly kick on before it stopped working again. Before he left, he was quick to say if the problem persisted we needed to replace the whole drain line - except our unit was replaced within the past several years including a new drain line.
