Ridge Hill Parking

$5 minimum parking is absolute insanity and imagine the minimum-wage workers getting zonked by these greedy garage operators for $11 just to park for an “outside mall” in Yonkers? What in the world were you guys thinking when you came up with the $5 rate that’s more expensive than The Westchester? There’s absolutely no reason for anyone to come here anymore.

$5 minimum parking is wild especially when you don't have machines available. Their browser is so sloppy and definitely not a secure method of payment. Won't be coming back here. That's for sure

It was free parking for the first 30 minutes, but now I have to pay $5 for up to 3 hours. I own a Tesla and went for Supercharging since the charge cost was cheaper than other stalls in off-peak time, and I completed charging in 29 minutes. But now the parking fee is always $5, which doesn't make sense to come here. I understand now why no one is using the Supercharger at Ridge Hill and why it is congested on Central Park Ave. Definitely Ridge Hill will lose your business. Who will pay $0.47/kW in peak time + $5 parking fee?? No one. It is better to go to $0.44/kW in Central Park Ave with a free parking.

We have a large gift card for a major retailer and knew exactly what to look at. It bothered us that we didn't get even a free hour of parking. I can see trying to keep out nonshoppers who try to park in the ramps for their work there or other reasons but only 30 free minutes?!? Really? Nope.

I usually don't like to come to Ridge Hill because of the awful parking situation. Paying to shop is ridiculous. I ordered an item for pickup because you are "supposed" to get the first 30 minutes free and I knew that I would be in and out. I parked in the garage closest to the store and set a timer when I entered the garage. I was back in my car under 20 minutes. When I was exiting, the machine said that I owed $5. I pressed the help button and explained to the agent that I had not even been in the garage for 20 minutes. She asked for my plate number and after that the gate just magically opened - because I was right. The company that owns this garage is disgusting. Clearly they are ripping people off. This is stealing. I will NEVER come back to Ridge Hill again until this parking situat
