Anthony went above and beyond the call of duty. He fixed and straightened out the crooked rail and then proceeded to his truck for nails to fix the actual wood part where the tenant hit the door. Kind, courteous and professional in freezing cold weather. Excellent communication with the home office as well. Highly recommended!
