Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration

I write this review on 01-21-2026 . We signed the contract in September 2025 for three different services, one being a new metal roof, # 2 new gutters and down spouts and # 3 for complete coverage of all exposed wood with vinyl and aluminum. They finally completed the job yesterday 01-20-2026. They kept sending bills to pay for job completed ,and no one bothered to supervise and come out to check if job was completed. I sent several emails with pictures of job incomplete, but kept getting emails demanding payment even though it wasn't completed. Job completed yesterday, payment was made today , after a long 3 1/2 months. A job that was supposed to be completed in 1 week. I would never recommend this company to work for anyone, as they don't have any supervision of their subcontractors o

I had a little project that needed a metal roof. I was treated very professionally even though it was a small project. Quality of hands on work was great which is what was expected. What stood out to me was the job the sales person Tristen Holcomb did. His communication was wonderful. He gave me a quote quick and in a very straight forward manner. After I agreed to the job, he answered everything in a timely concise manner. When you live a busy life, you want quality work and reliable responsive communication from a contractor. This has been an outstanding experience with Ridgeline. From the estimate, to the scheduling, to the work and cleanup, to the followup. I would especially like to thank Josh Weldon, he has stayed on top of the whole process and kept us informed. He also came and installed the gutter guards by himself. Thank you Josh.

They did an awesome job with my roof and gutters after a tree fell on my house! They were on it so quickly and I didn't have to stress. Jess Eastep was so polite and helpful to work with, answering all my questions. He absolutely made the process so much easier for me. I'd definitely recommend them for roofing needs!!

I had gutters repaired and two roof vent gasket replaced. Tristan Rittenhouse was great to deal with. He was straight forward, responsive, communicated great, and followed through until the job was complete. The final price was what was quoted and agreed to. I will call him again when I need roof work.
