Rivers Ridge Moving & Labor

Booked River Ridge to move couch, refrigerator, a bedroom set, and some other heavy stuff my wife and I could have never lifted ourselves. They were timely, friendly, and handled our stuff with the best of care. They drove it 45 miles to another house, and set it up perfect. Very professional service.

Moving with this company was a great experience. The movers were extremely professional, diligent, and friendly beyond what was necessary. Customer service for this company is absolutely phenomenal as well--there was not a single time that I was left waiting for hours on end when I had questions, and their support staff kept me informed about scheduling and all other details throughout the moving process. Tyler, from Rivers Ridge, came a few days before I moved to securely and safely wrap my electronic piano to protect it from damage. I really appreciated his determination to protect my belongings. On moving day, Tyler and his crew arrived 15 minutes early and went right to work, wrapping every furniture piece carefully before loading it on the truck. They worked steadily, not wasting time. I was moved to my new place within 15 minutes of the projected time Tyler estimated for moving. Rivers Ridge is safe, conscientious, and pleasant to work with. Their fees for moving are better than most. If I ever move again, I will use them again. I don't believe there is a better company for moving than Rivers Ridge, or a nicer man the Tyler. Very professional and efficient. I called last minute and they were able to fit me in. The guys even helped corral my cats when they wouldn't come out from the washer and dryer. 10/10 would recommend. Fair price and great movers.
