Our city contracted Rieth and Riley Construction (RRC) to resurface the asphalt through out our neighborhood. The majority of the work done is quality, but there were two aspects of the work I take issue with. The first issue was RRC’s failure to meet the deadline. Our entire neighborhood’s street parking was restricted for an additional week and a half with no communication as to why. I realize the customer here was the city, but these delays impacted our ability to have guest over and for my wife and neighbor’s wife to run their home based businesses. The second issue is that RRC left areas of uneven pavement that are extremely noticeable visibly and even more so when driven upon.
